GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

CARMIM – Cooperativa Agrícola de Reguengos de Monsaraz, CRL. , with registered office at Rua Professor Mota Pinto, s/n, 7200–412 Reguengos de Monsaraz, Portugal, NIPC 500912629 (hereinafter “CARMIM”), is responsible for managing the Online Store available at www.carmim.eu and for processing the personal data necessary to comply with these conditions.

Customer and Contact Data

To make an online purchase, the User does not need to register in advance. However, you must provide the usual personal information for order processing: name, email address, shipping address, telephone number, and, if applicable, tax identification number.

All contact related to the order (confirmation, order status, payment and shipping instructions) will be made through the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Prices

The prices shown are in euros (€) , include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal and apply to the destination territory indicated by the customer.

CARMIM reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice, except in the case of orders already confirmed.

Shipping and packaging costs are not included in the price of the items and are calculated and presented to the customer before the purchase is finalized.

Payment

CARMIM offers the following secure payment methods:

Bank Card (Visa, Mastercard, among others);
Multibanco (reference generated automatically at the time of order);
MB Way .

Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed by CARMIM via email, which contains the purchase details, any changes due to stock shortages and confirmation of receipt of payment.

Shipping, Receiving and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering, according to the weight, destination and shipping service selected.

CARMIM ships to Portugal and other countries using trusted shipping partners. The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days in mainland Portugal and varies depending on the international destination.

Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and, in the event of damage, confirm the contents in the presence of the delivery person before signing the delivery receipt.

Returns

The customer has the right to return the products within 15 days of receipt, provided that:

are in the original packaging;
are in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Before making the return, the customer must send an email to info@carmim.eu indicating the reason.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or non-compliance of the product attributable to CARMIM, or when the customer has not been informed in advance of the obligation to bear these costs (in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014).

Personal Data Protection

CARMIM ensures the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its Privacy Policy , available at www.carmim.eu

The data provided by the customer will only be used to:

Order processing and delivery;
Compliance with legal obligations;
Communication regarding the purchase;
Direct marketing, only with the express consent of the customer.

The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability and complaint through the Data Protection Officer: protecao.dados@carmim.eu .

Right of Free Resolution (Decree-Law No. 24/2014)

Under the law, the consumer may terminate the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason, and without additional costs, except:

Return costs, except when CARMIM agrees to bear them;
Additional delivery costs when the customer has chosen a more expensive method than the one commonly accepted.

To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision by email to info@carmim.eu or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to CARMIM’s address.
